Joy, Flow, and Meaning

Facilitated by Jill Stratton, Jenna Lindbo, and John Davis

With the end of the year rapidly approaching, you are invited to give yourself the gift of an extraordinary experience of Joy, Flow, and Meaning.

This workshop incorporates empirical research, personal stories, music, the mindset management philosophy called Asset-Based Thinking (ABT) and interactive experiences to help participants explore what brings them joy and flow in their lives.  Based on the idea that our lives are more than our work, and our work is more than our jobs, this program encourages participants to explore their passions, strengths, and the activities that put them in “flow.” You will learn ABT tools to help you discover new ways to look at yourself, to articulate what brings meaning to your life and also learn ways to find the joy in everyday encounters and experiences.

As one past participant said: “ I walked away with a completely new perspective on my values, dreams, excitements & joy.  A breath of fresh air!”

The workshop connects what you love with your overall happiness and explores how this understanding can lead to greater personal joy, career success, effective leadership and meaningful community service. Those looking to foster a life with purpose, gratitude and meaning are encouraged to participate in this workshop.
