You are invited to start the New Year with an extraordinary experience ofJoy…Flow…and Meaning. This half-day workshop incorporates empirical research, personal stories, music, the mindset management philosophy called Asset-Based Thinking (ABT) and interactive experiences to help participants explore what brings them joy and flow in their lives. Based on the idea that our lives are more than our work, and our work is more than our jobs, this program encourages participants to explore their passions, strengths, and the activities that put them in “flow.”

You will learn ABT tools that can enable joy and flow. You will discover news ways to look at yourself and tap into your inner reservoir of joy. You will discover how to articulate what brings meaning to your life. You will also learn ways to find the joy in everyday encounters and experiences.

The workshop connects what you love with your overall happiness and explores how this understanding can lead to greater personal joy, career success, effective leadership and meaningful community service. Those looking to foster a life with purpose and meaning are encouraged to participate in this workshop, which will utilize writing, dialogue, music, reflection, and other ABT tools.
